This booking form is to secure your balloon installation and/or event hire equipment order.

Please read carefully the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Location fees will be charged if the event venue is outside of a 5 mile radius of The Handcrafted Party, Lichfield (WS13 8JA) at a rate of 55p per mile.
