My name is Elaine and I love everything to do with a party! With a life-long passion for creative design, I pour that love into planning and creating balloon displays that make your occasion feel extra special.

 

The Handcrafted Party is my little balloon-filled corner of Lichfield, Staffordshire. When we started the business in February 2020, we opened a lovely little shop at The Plant Plot Garden Centre, and we were so excited to bring beautiful event décor to parties and corporate events… and then COVID arrived! Like many small businesses, we had to adapt quickly and began creating smaller, personalised displays so customers could still celebrate their special moments during lockdown.

 

As the business grew and changed, I moved forward independently, continuing to offer the balloon designs and event installations I specialise in — from simple single balloons to statement garlands, walls, and backdrops.

 

I understand how tricky it can be to find decorations that fit your unique party theme, which is why I love helping customers plan their décor with ease. From colour advice to theme ideas and personalised touches, I’m here to help bring your celebration together beautifully.

 

As a mum who has always enjoyed hosting my own children’s parties, I know first-hand how much effort goes into planning a special day. I pride myself on attention to detail and adding those magical finishing touches that make your event unforgettable.

After five wonderful years at The Plant Plot Garden Centre, The Handcrafted Party is now a home-based studio in Lichfield, just a short distance from my original shop. You can place orders through social media, email, telephone, or directly via the website.
