Please ensure there is someone available to sign for parcels (if applicable) upon delivery of your order as The Handcrafted Party cannot be held responsible for any late, lost or unforeseeable event caused by a delivery date not being met.  You will be able to track your parcel using the relevant courier’s website. 

 

You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods after receiving delivery. It is your responsibility to check the delivery before signing for it and we cannot refund any damaged deliveries that have not been logged by the courier firm at the point of delivery.

 

Delivery for Non-Mainland UK and Worldwide

 

We will deliver worldwide.  Please contact me for a delivery quote if you live outside of Mainland UK as the charges will be calculated based on weight of the items being shipped and this differs for each country.  Please allow up to 14 days for delivery from date of dispatch.

Please note, we do not charge customs duties on international shipments outside of the EU. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of The Handcrafted Party.  Please ensure you have checked the relevant information regarding import taxes and duties before ordering.  

If customs fees are payable, and you refuse to pay them, your order will be returned to us and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. In such a case we will deduct any charges incurred, customs fees and shipping costs before a refund is issued.

All delivery charges are subject to change and we will contact you before dispatching your parcel should this be the case.

 

Production & Dispatch Timescales

 

The production time varies for each item, and this information will be stated on each individual listing.  Each item is handmade to order so this allows production time of your goods.  If you need your item any quicker than this, please contact me via email admin@thehandcraftedparty.com and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Bespoke Orders - Please allow an extra 7 days, additional to the standard dispatch times, from the point of your design proof being approved via email. 

 

RETURNS

 

Personalised Items

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for bespoke products. However, if a mistake has been made by The Handcrafted Party in the personalisation process, we will of course refund or rectify the error upon receiving the original item back to The Handcrafted Party.  Please contact me for return shipping details.

Original packaging and delivery costs are non-refundable.

Standard Items (Non-Personalised)

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a refund or an exchange to the value of your original purchase price (Packaging and Delivery costs are non-refundable).  Please return your item in its original condition to The Handcrafted Party within 30 days of purchase.  Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Please ensure that the item is packaged securely and is well protected to prevent damage of the item on its return.  We recommend using a recorded/signed for delivery service for your protection as any loss/damage in transit will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
